Deputy Director of Infrastructure at the District Secretariat of Mobility of Bogotá

Diego is an engineer and a specialist in traffic and transport planning. He is currently the Deputy Director of Infrastructure at the District Secretariat of Mobility of Bogotá, and his work focuses on inclusion and sustainable development to help transform the city. He has worked as a consultant on transport projects in different cities, focusing on different scales, using multiple simulation and analysis tools such as: Vissim, Visum, Transcad, Sichro, Arcgis, Qgis. He is a professor at the Pedagogical and Technological University of Colombia in undergraduate and graduate programs. Diego holds a master’s degree in engineering with a focus on transportation.
